Guest/Customer Responsibility –

Fires are inherently dangerous. Although we take precautions to ensure an enjoyable experience, we cannot be responsible for personal injury or lost and damaged articles. It is important that all members of your group understand their responsibility and not take undue risks. Keep an eye on small children and do not let them play with or near the fire. We encourage all of our guests to enjoy themselves and our adult guests to use alcohol responsibly however safety is our primary concern so if a person's actions put themselves or others in danger they may be asked to leave the event.

The Gulf of Mexico can be unpredictable and care should be taken anytime someone enters the water, and it is not recommended for anyone to enter the water after dark.

Pay attention to the beach warning flags! Purple flags mean dangerous marine life such as stinging jellyfish and rip currents can be present on seemingly calm days.

Commonly asked questions –

What should we bring?– During daylight hours, it is highly recommended to wear sunscreen and sunglasses to help protect against UV radiation. For our evening fires, especially during the winter months, a jacket or warm blanket can help when it gets chilly.

Can we bring glass on the beach? – There is absolutely no glass allowed down on the sandy beaches. The event can be shut down by code compliance officers for a single glass item and a $500 fine can be issued. If glass is discovered by the attendant you will be asked to remove it from the beach and place it in a vehicle in the parking lot.
